Items you mark purchased land here with what you spent, so you can see where the money went. On My list, use Buy now or Mark purchased.

Item details are saved in this browser's local storage. Photos are stored separately in IndexedDB on this device. Nothing is sent to a server. Clearing browser data or using another browser shows an empty list. Back it up from the Data menu.
No. Nothing is fetched from the link you paste. Copy the title and price off the product page, paste them into the "paste copied title & price" box, or upload a photo yourself and fill in the fields by hand.
Open the Data menu. "Export All (JSON)" saves a full backup (including photos), and "Export All (CSV)" saves a spreadsheet copy. On the new device, use "Import Backup (JSON)". Importing the same file twice won't double anything.
Wherever you choose. The first time you save, the browser asks for a folder and file name. After that, "Save backup now" (or Ctrl/Cmd+S) overwrites that same file. Firefox, Safari and phone browsers download to your Downloads folder instead.
Deleting a single item shows an "Undo" toast for a few seconds. Clearing your list or all data always asks you to confirm first. Save a backup beforehand if you want to keep a copy.
No. There's no account and no server. It lives on whichever browser and device you added it from.
When a link matches a store this app recognizes, it shows that store's name as a label. This app isn't affiliated with any retailer it labels.
Yes. Save it as CSV from Excel or Google Sheets (File, Save As or Download, CSV), then use Data, "Import Spreadsheet (CSV)". The app finds the header row, guesses which column is the name, price, quantity, link, priority, category and date, and lets you change any of them before importing.
No. Everything runs in your browser with no server, so it can't check store prices in the background. When you update an item's price, the old one is kept in its price history, and the card shows the lowest price you've recorded and whether it went up or down.
When a Want of $100 or more is set to "Ready to buy", the app offers an optional waiting period of a day, a week or a month. Needs never get the prompt. During the wait the item shows a "Cooling off" label and Buy now asks once before opening the link. You can skip it every time.
It takes an item off your wishlist without deleting it, and lists it under "Decided against" on the Purchased tab with what it would have cost. Items untouched for 90 days are flagged for a quick review so the list doesn't fill up with things you no longer want.
Use the check mark next to an item's edit and delete buttons, or Mark purchased in its edit window. Items without a link show a Mark purchased button instead of Buy now. Buy now only opens the store page, then asks if you bought it. To do several at once, tick them and use Buy selected.
Yes. In Chrome or Edge, use the Install button at the bottom of this page when your browser offers it, or the install icon in the address bar. On iPhone or iPad, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Installed, it opens in its own window and works offline after the first visit. On iPhone and iPad the Home Screen version keeps its own storage, so use a backup to move your list into it.
On the Purchased tab, Share makes a square image of your progress: how many planned things you bought, how many you decided against, and how many are still on your list. It's drawn on your device and nothing is uploaded. Item names never go on it, and dollar amounts only appear if you turn them on.
